To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data/profits arising from your use of OneUp. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for OneUp in the prior 12 months or (b) USD $0 if the app is free.
You may stop using OneUp anytime. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service.
